The year 2015 will go down as one of the strongest on record for real estate, as pre-owned home sales reached more than 90,000 single-family homes sold by agents in North Texas.

In the Park Cities, just over 500 homes were sold in 2015, with an average price of $1.4 million. Average days on market came in around 66.
