Imagine a home that actually makes life easier and more fulfilling.
Residents of Museum Tower experience the extraordinary everyday with the thoughtful assistance of a staff that brings true innovation to the concept of residential service. It’s not just concierge service, it’s a level of service and staffing that goes well beyond the expected.
“People try to describe what we do in terms of ‘concierge service.’ But that is only one aspect of the service we provide our residents,” says Tanya Mendenhall, Director of Resident Relations at Museum Tower. “My job is to continually look for ways to deliver an extraordinary living experience. Our front desk/concierge staff knows our owners and anticipates their needs. Plus we also have a house manager who can facilitate many tasks for our busy owners —from grocery shopping to overseeing housekeeping or laundry, to simply making sure the home is the way you want it while you are away.
“When you live here, you don’t have to give your home a second thought.”
From helping plan a private event to tracking down a favorite brand of coconut water to arranging to have an owner’s shoes shined and making sure a car is waiting in the porte-cochère at the start of the day, the staff is in tune with the individual preferences of each resident.
“We have also made Thursday night an evening of anticipation for our homeowners,” Mendenhall says. “One week it could be a fascinating lecture, another it could be an amazing party with a band. No matter the event, our owners walk in the door, the bartender has their favorite cocktail waiting, and they get to relax with an incredible group of people.” On a recent night, Mendenhall had Chef Darren McGrady come in to entertain the homeowners with delicious bites paired with anecdotes from his experience serving the royal family.
