You’re surrounded by nature - and luxury details - at 3000 Burney Lane in Southlake. Listed by Wynne Moore and Perry Moore for $5,200,000.
Business Insider’s Max Rosenburg decided to take a look at what $5 million would get buyers in real estate markets around the country, and settled on this beauty in Southlake:
“Southlake, TX: $5.2 million can buy a six-bedroom, 11,500-square-foot mansion with an elevator and observatory balcony. It is surrounded by a nature preserve.”
That brief description from Business Insider doesn’t do 3000 Burney Lane justice, however. The homes sits on three acres of heavily wooded land. It has six bedrooms and 7.3 baths. (You read that right - 7.3 baths!) The estate includes both gameroom and media room, plus a guest casita that the current owners use as a workout room. The third-floor observatory offers unparalleled views. Click here to see it all!
