On June 27th, enjoy a semi-formal dining experience in with Dishcrawl, where you can savor some of the best of Uptown Dallas’ hot restaurant scene.

A Gourmand is a connoisseur of good food and drink and Uptown is filled with amazing restaurants equipped with top chefs, expert mixologists, and award-winning wine lists, specifically the type of restaurant that you only visit on special occasions; where hospitality, ambiance, and service exalt the greatness of the food. The gourmand is our guided tour of such restaurants and for this event we are returning to Uptown. Normally we like to keep the restaurants we will be enjoying a secret, but for this special occasion we want to entice you by revealing two of the establishments we will be visiting. Ocean Prime is a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, serves prime beef, fresh seafood and fish accompanied by an award-winning wine list and handcrafted cocktails. As Eater Dallas described it “defies conventional steakhouse standards for an eclectic, upscale combination” and D Magazine said “Steak or Seafood? At Ocean Prime, you can have either…or both! Whatever dish you choose, pair it with world-class wines and award-winning, handcrafted cocktails in a timeless setting with take-your-breath-away service. It’s an extraordinary supper club experience.” To wet your palate, “This take on the American supper club delivers food and ambiance, with delectable starters such as crispy ahi tuna tartare and spicy-creamy shrimp with Tabasco sauce. Dee Lincoln’s Dining Room & Bubble Bar is changing the fine dining experience by creating an atmosphere that engages all of the senses, with an amazing ambiance, a unique modern American and Asian fusion by Juliard Ishizuka, and a wine selection that is unmatched with exclusive bottles directly from the wine-maker or you can explore wines by a flight of your choosing.
