Dallas Real Estate Agents Make the Highest Sales in the U.S.

Two expert agents with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty have earned a spot on the prestigious Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends The Thousand 2013, a ranking of the nation’s most successful Realtors.
Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has the most Dallas agents by sales volume on the list.
Becky Frey and Claire Dewar, both agents with extensive experience in Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhoods, outperformed agents across the country. Frey was ranked at 184, with $61,762,908 in sales for 2012. Dewar was ranked at 196, with $59,658,985 in sales for 2012.

REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal The Thousand is an annual national awards ranking sponsored by the two respected publications. Designees are recognized as the top one half of one percent of more than 963,000 licensed Realtors nationwide.
The Thousand is divided into four categories, each listing their top 250 designees: Individual Agent-Sales Volume, Individual Agent-Transaction Sides (or number of transactions), Agent Team-Sales Volume and Agent Team-Transaction Sides.

Frey also has been ranked No.1 Individual Producer at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty; voted Best of D Realtors for several consecutive years; named one of the Top 25 Women to Watch in the Dallas Business Journal; ranked the Top Listing Agent by Dollars in the Park Cities and Top Listing agent by Number of Sales by People Newspapers; and named D Magazine Top Producer based on Real Estate Sales for several years.
Dewar’s strategy has been to target key neighborhoods and dominate sales there.

She partnered on a new construction project that won the highest architectural honor given by the Dallas AIA chapter in 2001 and then by The Texas Institute of Architects in 2004.
